Dr. Jordan Fleming
Dr. Jordan Fleming grew up in the small town of Langley, Oklahoma. After graduating from Adair Public Schools in 2013, Dr. Fleming attended Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology with an emphasis in microbial pathogenesis in 2017. During his time at OSU he also participated in a research lab under Dr. Erika Lutter to further understand how microbial pathogens can affect human cellular health. After OSU, he received his Doctor of Optometry from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2021.
While attending NSUOCO, Dr. Fleming had the opportunity to complete his externship with Oklahoma Medical Eye Group in Jenks, Oklahoma. With the guidance of Dr. Jason Ellen and Dr. Brandon Hadel, Dr. Fleming was able to expand his knowledge of ocular disease and management while also participating in minor surgeries such as anterior laser surgery.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Fleming enjoys his time watching his favorite sports teams such as the St. Louis Cardinals, OKC Thunder, Dallas Cowboys, and, of course, the Oklahoma State Cowboys (Go Pokes!). Other interests of his include playing golf and watching movies, but Dr. Fleming’s favorite way to spend time is with his wife Kindahl and their daughter Kora.
Dr. Nitz
Dr. Nitz grew up in Kansas, Oklahoma. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and her Doctorate in Optometry both from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
During her optometric education, Dr. Nitz received comprehensive training in primary care optometry, including contact lenses, acute eye care, and management of ocular diseases such as glaucoma and macular degeneration. She is passionate about providing personalized, comprehensive eye care and helping her patients maintain healthy vision throughout their lives.
Outside of the office, Dr. Nitz enjoys spending time with her husband, Seth, and their two dogs, Lucy and Marvin. She especially loves relaxing at the lake and making the most of time outdoors with family.
